Appointments
You can schedule an appointment by calling 905-878-9665 or by sending an email to tmurphy@tmurphy.com.
Appointments are typically one hour in duration. Early in a client’s treatment plan, it is common for sessions to be scheduled on a weekly basis. As treatment progresses, the frequency of appointments typically reduces (e.g., once every two weeks, or once per month), at which time sessions are focused on maintaining treatment gains made to date and relapse prevention.
If you need to reschedule an appointment, 24-hours notice is required. Please note that full appointment fees will be charged should 24-hours notice not be given. It is understood, however, that in some emergency and unexpected situations the required notice cannot be provided and, under these circumstances, appointment fee will not be charged.
